2001年9月20日,中共中央印发《公民道德建设实施纲要》,到现在已经两年多。 今年3月30曰,省委副书记、省文明委主任孙淦,省委常委、省委宣传部部长、省文明委副主任张健,副省长、省文明委副主任吴嘉甫等领导参加了贵州省公民道德建设促进会成立大会。会上孙淦同志作了《公民道德建设是发展社会主义先进文化的重要内容和中心环节》的讲话。会后,促进会接着召开了“共铸诚信”学术研讨会。本刊从本次活动中选出部分文章作为本期的重点关注,希望能对我省社会主义精神文明建设出一分微薄之力。

Selected from this event, we selected some articles as the main focus of this issue, hoping to give our province a modest contribution to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
