我国沿海港口的多种经营,经过几年的实践,已取得了一定的成绩。大多数港口多种经营收入已占主业装卸收人的20％～30％,个别港口甚至达到50％,出现了一业为主、多元发展的可喜局面。不但在与装卸相关联的船代、货代、仓储、水陆运输等方面得到了很大的发展,而且在无关联行业,如国际国内商贸以及高新技术、房地产、旅游服务等领域也在逐步深入。港口多种经营的发展,改变了港口企业
China’s coastal ports a variety of management, after several years of practice, has achieved some success. In most ports, the diversified operating revenues have accounted for 20% to 30% of the revenue handled by the major industries and even some ports have reached 50%. There has been a welcome situation in which industry is dominated and diversified in development. It has not only made great progress in shipping agency, freight forwarding, warehousing, surface transportation and other related to handling, but also gradually deepened in non-related industries such as international and domestic commerce as well as high-tech, real estate and tourism services.
