从我国水利水电设计体制改革的实际出发,在传统设计的基础上,提出现代设计的概念,分析了现代设计与传统设计的区别,并认为要搞好工程造价管理改革必须树立现代设计的思想。
On the basis of the traditional design, the concept of modern design is put forward based on the reality of the reform of water conservancy and hydropower design system in our country. The difference between modern design and traditional design is analyzed. And the idea of modern design must be established in order to improve the reform of construction cost management.
