中部槽是矿用刮板输送机的重要结构部件,其主体由铸造槽帮和耐磨钢板焊接而成。焊接质量不仅关系到接头本身的使用性能,而且对整机配套、零部件互换等性能影响深远。本文通过工艺试验和生产验证,对刮板输送机中部槽焊接变形的影响因素进行了分析,结合中部槽的结构特点,探讨了影响中部槽焊接变形的主要因素及控制措施。最终找到合适的焊接参数范围、装配间隙量和焊接顺序,加上柔性焊接拘束工装的应用,保证了中部槽中板的平面度要求,提高了中部槽的焊接质量和产品互换性。
The central slot is an important structural component of mine scraper conveyor, the main body by the casting groove to help and wear-resistant steel welded together. Welding quality is not only related to the performance of the connector itself, but also the complete machine, parts exchange and other performance far-reaching impact. In this paper, the influence factors of the welding deformation in the middle groove of the scraper conveyor are analyzed through the process test and the production verification. According to the structural characteristics of the middle groove, the main factors affecting the welding deformation in the middle groove and the control measures are discussed. Finally find the appropriate welding parameters range, the amount of assembly clearance and welding sequence, coupled with flexible welding restraint tooling applications to ensure that the central groove plate flatness requirements to improve the quality of the central groove welding and product interchangeability.
