笔者近5年来对30例复发性口腔溃疡患者采用中西医结合治疗,取得满意疗效。现总结如下。1 一般资料 本组男9例,女21例。年龄最小19岁,最大52岁。病程最短3天,最长10天。2 诊断及治疗 复发性口腔溃疡表现为口腔粘膜反复出现孤立的,圆形或椭圆形浅层小溃疡,溃疡可单发或多发在口腔粘膜的任何部位,有剧烈的自发痛。按中医辨证可分为:(1)实证:口疮的斑点较多,大小不等,可互相融合,口疮基底呈深黄色,边缘平坦,周 In the past five years, the author treated 30 patients with recurrent oral ulcer with Chinese and Western medicine and achieved satisfactory results.
