当今世界上,信息化是各国经济发展和社会进步的共同趋势,也是各国进行现代化建设的必由之路。实现全球网络互联、互操作,应采用怎样的方针、政策和发展策略,是各国面临的亟待解决的重大问题。在首届“信息高速公路国际学术研讨会”在北京举行之后,记者就目前人们普遍关注的一些问题,采访了大会秘书长、北京邮电大学副校长钟义信教授(以下简称钟)。
In today’s world, informationization is the common trend of economic development and social progress in various countries and the only way for all countries to carry out modernization. What kind of guidelines, policies and development strategies should be adopted to achieve interconnection and interoperability of global networks is a major issue that all countries are facing to be solved urgently. After the first “International Symposium on Information Superhighway” was held in Beijing, the reporter interviewed Professor Zhong Yixin, the general secretary of the General Assembly and vice chancellor of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (hereinafter referred to as Zhong) for some issues of general concern.
