今年上半年,浙西某县法院共收刑事案件84件,被告157名,均为农村村民。与往年相比,这些农村犯罪案件呈现出新特点:一是出现了非法买卖枪支弹药、贩卖假币、花钱雇佣打手等新型犯罪案件,这些案件以前大多在城市发生,现在农村也开始出现,是前所未有的。二是恶性案件上升,共同犯罪和一人犯数罪情况增多。上半年的84件案件中,抢劫、杀人、强奸、放火、诈骗等恶性案件有23件,占27.4％;二人以上共同犯罪的达17件,占20.2％,数罪并罚的有12人,占14.2％。
In the first half of this year, a county court in western Zhejiang received a total of 84 criminal cases and 157 defendants, both of whom were rural villagers.
