农村思想政治工作是推进乡村治理现代化和农民培育践行社会主义核心价值观的基本方法和渠道。但目前农村思想政治工作正面临一些问题。从组织的视角看具体表现在:农村思想政治工作机制社会化程度不够高,农村集体及其精神生活的内容形式亟待进一步加强,农村面临城市化进程中的农民素质发展和农村社区转型困惑。问题的解决需要创新党管农村形式,提高农村思想政治工作社会化程度;重塑农村集体,树立新的农村集体主义;强化农村社区思想政治工作的互联网思维。
The ideological and political work in rural areas is the basic method and channel for promoting the modernization of rural governance and for farmers to cultivate and implement the core values of socialism. However, at present, ideological and political work in rural areas is facing some problems. From the perspective of organization, the concrete manifestation is that the socialization of ideological and political work in rural areas is not sufficiently socialized and the contents and forms of rural collectives and their spiritual lives need to be further strengthened. The rural areas are confronted with the development of peasants and the transformation of rural communities in the process of urbanization. The solution to the problem needs to innovate the party’s management of the rural form, improve the socialization of ideological and political work in rural areas, reshape rural collectives and establish new rural collectivism, and strengthen Internet thinking in ideological and political work in rural communities.
