Three varieties were selected to study the quality and physiology of rice through sowing in stages. The results showed that the average grain filling rate and medium filling rate, the average daily temperature of grain filling period> 26 ℃ and the number of days <21 ℃ were closely related to the quality of rice. Grouting faster will make milled rice rate, whole rice rate, length / width, GC significantly decreased, chalky grain rate, chalkiness area increased significantly
