目的探讨血小板CD62p表达率与血小板输注效果的关联性。方法根据血小板输注后1及24 h血小板计数增加值(CCI),将黄石市中心医院115名患者分为输注有效组(n=94)和无效组(n=21)。选择2013年6月-2014年12月符合无偿捐献血小板标准的献血者血小板115份,采用SEPSA排除血小板相关抗体引起的血小板输注无效,使用流式细胞术检测输注前CD62p表达水平。结果血小板输注有效组血小板CD62p表达率(10.3±3.2)%高于无效组(21.8±5.2)%(P<0.05),血小板CD62p表达率与1h CCI(r=-0.423,P<0.001)和24 h CCI(r=-0.541,P<0.001)有相关性。结论血小板CD62p表达率对血小板输注效果有影响,血小板CD62p表达率越高,CCI越低,血小板输注效果越差。
Objective To investigate the correlation between platelet CD62p expression and platelet transfusion. Methods According to the value of platelet count (CCI) at 1 and 24 h after platelet transfusion, 115 patients in Central Hospital of Huangshi were divided into effective infusion group (n = 94) and ineffective group (n = 21). Choose 115 donors’ platelet-donating platelets from June 2013 to December 2014, exclude platelet-associated platelet-associated antibody-induced platelet transfusion with SEPSA, and determine the expression level of CD62p before transfusion by flow cytometry. Results The positive rate of platelet CD62p expression in platelet transfusions group was significantly higher than that in control group (10.3 ± 3.2)% (21.8 ± 5.2)% (P <0.05) 24 h CCI (r = -0.541, P <0.001). Conclusion The expression of CD62p on platelet has an effect on the effect of platelet transfusion. The higher the expression of CD62p, the lower of CCI and the lower of platelet transfusion.
