本文对柔性制造系统（ＦＭＳ）中与刀具管理有关的问题进行了分析论述；提出了控制刀具流动及分配的规则和策略，对于ＦＭＳ的设计、运行有重要的应用价值。
This paper analyzes and discusses the problems related to tool management in flexible manufacturing system (FMS). It puts forward the rules and tactics for controlling the flow and distribution of tools, which has important application value for the design and operation of FMS.
