改革开放以来,我国对外贸易发展十分迅猛,业已跨入世界贸易大国的行列。但是,近年来,由于国际和国内的种种原因,我国出口商品在国外被提起反倾销诉讼案呈急速上升之势,对我国外贸出口造成很大影响。与此同时,国外产品对我国消费市场倾销的规模也明显抬头。对上述问题,经济理论界和实际工作部门进行了初步研究,现将他们的研究情况综合整理如下,以供参考。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s foreign trade has developed rapidly and has entered the ranks of the world’s major trading nations. However, in recent years, due to various reasons both at home and abroad, the anti-dumping lawsuit brought by China’s export commodities abroad has risen sharply, causing a great impact on China’s foreign trade exports. At the same time, the scale of dumping of foreign products on China’s consumer market is also clearly on the rise. On the above issues, the economic theory community and the actual work department carried out a preliminary study, their research are summarized below, for reference.
