教育部召开的中等师范学校教学大纲会议于1983年10月13日—10月19日在福州市举行。参加会议的有十四个省市、河北师范大学、北京师范大学和课程教材研究所的正式代表25人,列席代表17人。会上,起草大纲(试行草案的征求意见稿)的同志和课本(试用本)的主编分别对大纲和课本作了介绍,课程教材研究所上月出国参加国际化学教育会议的同志介绍了一些国外中学化学教育的情况。会议组织了九个发言,介绍了中师化学教学经验,内容有中师化学教学的特点,
The middle school teachers’ syllabus convened by the Ministry of Education was held in Fuzhou from October 13 to October 19, 1983. Attendees attended the meeting are fourteen provinces and cities, Hebei Normal University, Beijing Normal University and the teaching materials Institute of the official 25 people, representing 17 representatives. At the meeting, the outline and textbooks were introduced respectively by comrades who drafted the outline (draft of the tentative draft) and the chief editor of the textbook (trial version), and some of the comrades who went abroad to attend the International Conference on Chemical Education last month Secondary chemistry education. The conference organized nine speeches, introduced the chemistry teaching experience of the normal school teachers, and featured the characteristics of the chemistry teaching of the middle school.
