目的:分析综合护理方法在老年糖尿病肾病实施腹膜透析病人的临床效果。方法:采用随机列表方法抽取在深圳市第二人民医院中自2014年1月至2016年1月接受治疗的老年糖尿病肾病实施腹膜透析的病人共有30例,随机地分成研究组与对照组,每组各15例。对照组的病人应用常规的护理方法,研究组的病人应用综合护理的方法。对比两组病人在护理前后的生活质量评分、抑郁评分与并发症的发生情况。结果:研究组病人在护理后的生活质量分值比对照组更高,抑郁分值与并发症的发生率比对照组更低,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理方法在老年糖尿病肾病实施腹膜透析病人的临床效果显著,可有效地改善病人的焦虑等不良的心理,明显增强病人的生活质量。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in peritoneal dialysis patients with senile diabetic nephropathy. Methods: A total of 30 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis in elderly diabetic nephropathy who were treated in Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly assigned to study group and control group Group of 15 cases. The control group of patients using conventional nursing methods, study group patients with integrated care approach. The quality of life scores, depression scores and complications of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results: The scores of quality of life of the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group. The incidence of depression score and complication was lower than that of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing method in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy peritoneal dialysis patients with significant clinical effect, which can effectively improve the patient’s anxiety and other negative psychology, significantly enhance the quality of life of patients.
