“城市综合体”CBD,是将城市中的商业、办公、居住、旅店、展览、餐饮、会议、文娱和交通等城市生活空间的三项以上进行组合,并在各部分间建立一种相互依存、助益的能动关系,从而形成一个多功能、高效率的综合体。它的建设符合垂直城市发展的模式,在中国是非常必要的,但目前中国正在施工中的综合体是已建成综合体的四倍,而规划中的综合体规模,大概又是在建设的四倍。也就是说,16倍于现在数量的城市综合体将矗立在中国东西南北的城市中。城市综合体的开发不是一件简单的事情,广州天河的成功经验,或许可以给我们一些启示。
