She is the first Chinese to have a UK Registered Nurse (SRN) with a Chinese academic qualification; she is the first nationally certified and medically nursing certificate (ONC) to pass the Joint Examination Board of the British Orthopedic Association and the Royal Society for Disabled Persons and Rehabilitation Chinese nurse; she is the first pioneer and practitioner of orthopedic nursing in China; and she is the editor of China’s No.1 Traumatic Orthopedic Nursing.
