Wistar成年大鼠72只,用微量注射6-羟多巴胺破坏一侧黑质,1月后经无水吗啡激发旋转试验,有40只大鼠制成“旋转鼠”模型,占55.6%。取30只“旋转鼠”分别植入大鼠胚胎中脑组织块和细胞悬液于黑质损伤侧的尾核头部背侧,胚胎为E_(12)、E_(15)、E_(18),移植后1月和3月药物激发旋转试验时,发现植入E_(15)中脑组织的大鼠旋转次数减少最明显,与植前相比植后1月P<0.05,植后3月P<0.001。
Totally 72 Wistar adult rats were treated with 6-hydroxydopamine to injure one side of substantia nigra. After 1 month, rats were challenged with anhydrous morphine to induce rotation test. Forty rats were made into “spin-off” model, accounting for 55.6%. Thirty Rotor rats were implanted into the dorsal caudate nucleus of the caudate nucleus of the substantia nigra lesion in the midbrain tissue of rat embryos respectively. The embryos were E_ (12), E_ (15), E_ (18) , In January and March after transplantation, it was found that the number of rotations of rats implanted in E 15 midbrain decreased most significantly compared with that before planting, P <0.05 at 1 month after implantation and 3 months after planting P <0.001.
