上海市癌症康复俱乐部作为全国首创规模最大的癌症患者自救互助的志愿公益组织,目前已有624名康复的癌症患者成为注册志愿者,其提供的志愿服务多次被评成市志愿者协会志愿服务品牌项目。本文通过对上海市癌症康复俱乐部的七项志愿者品牌项目进行考察,总结了该组织的管理经验,并在此基础上,提出了八项可供其他民间志愿服务组织借鉴的启示以及对其志愿服务管理中存在的不足提出了改进建议。
Shanghai Cancer Rehabilitation Club, the nation’s first voluntary NGO to provide self-help and mutual help to cancer patients, currently has 624 cancer patients rehabilitated as registered volunteers. The volunteer services provided by the Shanghai Cancer Rehabilitation Club have been voted volunteerly for many times by the City Volunteers Association Brand project. Based on the investigation of seven volunteer brand projects of Shanghai Cancer Rehabilitation Club, this article summarizes the management experience of the organization and on this basis, puts forward eight enlightenments that other NGO organizations can learn from, The existing problems in service management put forward suggestions for improvement.
