目的　研究芪加合剂对ｌｅｗｉｓ 肺癌小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法　检测 Ｃｏｎ Ａ 和 Ｌ Ｐ Ｓ 诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应和 Ｉ Ｌ１ 、 Ｉ Ｌ２ 产生的水平。结果　芪加合剂（１３７５ ～２７５ ｇ·ｋｇ － １） 可使荷癌小鼠低下的 Ｔ、 Ｂ 淋巴细胞增殖反应，脾细胞产生 Ｉ Ｌ２ 恢复至接近正常水平，还可促进荷癌小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生 Ｉ Ｌ２ 。结论　芪加合剂抑制肿瘤作用可能与其提高荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能有关。 Objective To study the effect of Qijia Mixture on the immune function of lewis lung cancer mice. Methods The proliferative responses of spleen lymphocytes induced by Con A and L P S and the levels of I L1 and I L2 production were detected. RESULTS: Addition of lanthanum mixture (1375 to 275 g·kg -1) can reduce the proliferative response of T and B lymphocytes in mice bearing cancer, and the I L  2 production of spleen cells can return to near normal levels. Abdominal macrophages in mice bearing cancer produce I L  2 . Conclusion The effect of Qijia Mixture in inhibiting the tumor may be related to the improvement of cellular immune function in tumor-bearing mice.
