目的探讨性激素(FSH、LH、PRL、E2、T)检测与染色体检查在不孕患者诊断中的临床应用价值。方法通过统计分析来我院生殖中心、妇产科门诊、优生遗传门诊等就诊,且诊断为不孕症有560例患者,抽取外周血,应用罗氏E601全自动化学发光分析仪检测这些患者的性激素水平,以及行外周血淋巴细胞培养检测染色体核型。结果 560例不孕症患者血清性激素水平发生改变,其中FSH、T、PRL、LH激素水平明显高于参考值范围,尤其染色体异常的37例患者。结论对不孕症患者性激素水平的检测意义重大,以及对不孕症患者行染色体检查是十分必要的,可以帮助患者尽早治疗与指导生育。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of detecting sex hormones (FSH, LH, PRL, E2, T) and chromosomal examination in the diagnosis of infertility patients. Methods Through statistical analysis to our hospital reproductive center, obstetrics and gynecology clinic, eugenics and other out-patient clinic, and diagnosed as infertility in 560 patients, the extraction of peripheral blood, the application of Roche E601 automatic chemiluminescence analyzer detection of these patients sex hormone Level, and peripheral blood lymphocyte culture to detect chromosome karyotype. Results 560 cases of infertility patients with serum sex hormone levels change, including FSH, T, PRL, LH hormone levels were significantly higher than the reference range, especially 37 cases of chromosomal abnormalities. Conclusion The detection of sex hormone levels in infertility patients is of great significance and it is necessary to perform chromosome tests on infertile patients, which can help patients to treat and guide fertility as soon as possible.
