Professionals have suggested that Interprofessional Education (IPE) can be used as a solution to improve the efficiency of the health care team and it is also a key strategy for improving the increasingly complex health care processes and outcomes. There is also a strong theoretical foundation to support this view, and many training programs are also doing IPE in a variety of ways. However, there is little evidence to date that IPE has achieved the expected results. One of the reasons may be due to the learning design of IPE. This paper elaborates theoretically how to formulate effective IPE activities. Targeting in the ideal area of IPE - rural areas - is because small medical teams must work together to provide the best health care in a small area.
