目的:观察六味地黄方含药血清对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。方法:制备含药血清,采用多巴色素法测定不同浓度不同时间含药血清对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。结果:低浓度的含药血清(10%、20%)对酪氨酸酶的活性呈现促进作用,且随时间变化而逐步增强(P<0.05),其中以含药血清浓度为20%,测量时间在6min时,测试组对酪氨酸酶的激活率最高(P<0.01);而当高浓度(40%、80%)时酪氨酸酶激活率呈现先抑制后促进的双向调节作用(P<0.05);当含药血清浓度为80%,测量时间在3min时,测试组对酪氨酸酶的抑制率最高(P<0.01)。结论:不同浓度六味地黄方含药血清对酪氨酸酶活性呈现双向调节作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Recipe containing serum on tyrosinase activity. Methods: The medicated serum was prepared and the effect of serum containing tyrosinase at different concentrations and concentrations on the tyrosinase activity was determined by the method of dopachrome. Results: The drug-containing serum (10%, 20%) showed a positive effect on the activity of tyrosinase and gradually increased with time (P <0.05). The serum concentration was 20% The tyrosinase activation rate of the test group was the highest at 6 min (P <0.01), while the tyrosinase activation rate at the high concentration (40%, 80% P <0.05). When the serum concentration was 80% and the measurement time was 3min, the inhibition rate of tyrosinase in the test group was the highest (P <0.01). Conclusion: The different concentrations of Liu Wei Di Huang Fang containing serum on the tyrosinase activity showed bidirectional regulation.
