俗语说得好:台上三分钟,台下十年功。作为一名小学教师,一节课在台上四十分钟,在台下可要认真备课,备学生,备教材,备教法等。可备这么多的东西,都要在四十分钟内教给学生,要求学生掌握,他们能接受得了吗?我听过一些课,课堂上,教师和学生忙得不亦乐乎,方法简单、重复,知识琐碎冗长;下课铃一响,师生如释重负。在这样的课堂中,他们能学到多少知识?所以,我认为备课时一定要把课好好地洗洗。 As the saying goes: three minutes on stage, the audience ten years of work.
