Last year, we successively went deep into 17 enterprises in the urban area and conducted extensive discussions with over 40 grassroots responsible comrades on how to invigorate large and medium-sized enterprises. Judging from the current situation in our city, the phenomenon of excessive macro-management is relatively common.
