科研必须以攻克石油工程急需关键技术为已任,这是我们从本期案例介绍的胜利钻井研究院打造非常规勘探开发利刃所能体会并在实践中得到的验证。胜利钻井研究院通过自主技术攻关和科技创新,打破外国公司的技术和产品垄断,为胜利油田油气勘探开发提供了强有力的技术支持,也为中国石化参与国际竞争创造了有利条件。普通常规井的施工在国内已基本没有大的问题,石油工程最重要的是解决非常规井的勘探开发问题。
