随着国家的发展,教育水平的提高,我们对教育的要求越来越高,教学理念以及教学方法也要不断的进行创新。本文针对教育中存在的问题进行了分析,教师水平比较低、教学内容不符合时代发展、以及德育教育没有与文化教育相融合三方面分析,也对存在的问题进行了方法创新,让教学回归于生活、积极开展班级文化活动与积极与家长进行联系三个方面进行了创新的讨论,希望能够提高教学的水平和效率,提高学生们的学习成绩以及各方面能力。
With the development of the country and the improvement of education level, our educational requirements are getting higher and higher, and the teaching philosophy and teaching methods should be continuously innovated. This article analyzes the existing problems in education, the teacher level is relatively low, the teaching content does not meet the development of the times, and moral education does not integrate with culture and education in three aspects of analysis, but also the existing problems of the method innovation, so that teaching return to Life, actively carry out class cultural activities and active contact with parents in three aspects of innovative discussions, hoping to improve the level of teaching and efficiency, improve students’ academic performance and all aspects of ability.
