“依法治国”是我国的基本国策,农机管理也必须纳入法制化管理轨道。为帮助广大农机人员更好地学法守法,运用法律武器维护自己的合法权益,增强法制观念,普及法律知识,提高农机管理人员的执法水平,我们开辟了“法制天地”栏目。希望广大读者将有关农机执法、学法、普法方面的稿件寄给我们,我们期待着您的参与。 本期将近年来有关农机安全监理的执法依据展示给读者,作为“法制天地”的开篇,希望对农机执法有所帮助。
“Governing the country according to law” is the basic national policy of our country. Agricultural machinery management must also be incorporated into the track of legal management. In order to help the majority of agricultural workers better learn the law and keep abreast of laws, use legal weapons to safeguard their legal rights and interests, enhance the legal concept, popularize legal knowledge and improve the level of law enforcement of agricultural machinery managers, we have opened up the section entitled “Legal World.” Hope that the majority of readers will farm machinery law enforcement, learning law, general law manuscripts sent to us, and we look forward to your participation. In this issue, the law enforcement basis of agricultural machinery safety supervision will be presented to the readers in recent years as the opening of “Legal System World”, hoping to help law enforcement of agricultural machinery.
