在2006年发布的《全日制民族中小学汉语课程标准(试行)》基础上修订的《民族中小学汉语课程标准(义务教育)》已投入使用,更加注重培养少数民族学生的汉语应用能力。汉语应用能力的形成,建立在学生的语言知识、语言技能、文化意识、学习策略和情感态度五个方面综合发展的基础之上,新的课程标准按照九年一贯的学习系统进行设计,在总体目标之下,从上述五个方面,按一至二年级、三至四年级、五至六年级、七至九年级四个学段,分别提出“学段标准”。
The National Elementary and Middle School Chinese Curriculum Standard (Compulsory Education), which was revised on the basis of the “Chinese Curriculum Standard for Full-time Ethnic Primary and Secondary Schools (Provisional)” released in 2006, has been put into use and more attention has been paid to cultivating the ethnic Chinese students’ ability of applying Chinese. Based on the comprehensive development of students’ five aspects of language knowledge, language skills, cultural awareness, learning strategies and emotional attitudes, the new curriculum standards are designed according to a nine-year-old learning system. In general, Under the goal, from the above five aspects, we will propose “Semester Criteria” for each of the four periods from the first to the second grades, the third to the fourth grades, the fifth to the sixth grades and the seventh to the ninth grades.
