接受美学认为,作品总是为读者而创作,文学的唯一对象为读者。根据接受理论,翻译研究的焦点从原作、译作、源语文化、译语文化等转移到读者身上。即译文的基本功能是给予译语读者提供信息,既要符合译语规范,也要符合译语读者的社会心理和社会文化背景。在此过程中,译者的话语角色也起着颇为重要的作用,翻译成为了作者、译者、读者共同参与的以文本为题、以文化语境为背景的一场对话。
Accepting aesthetics, the work is always created for the reader, the only object of literature for the reader. According to the theory of acceptance, the focus of translation studies is transferred to readers from original works, translation works, source culture, target language culture and so on. That is to say the basic function of the translation is to provide the target language readers with information, which not only meets the target language norms, but also meets the target readers’ social psychology and social and cultural background. In this process, the translator’s discourse role also plays an important role. Translation becomes the dialogue with the theme of the text as the theme and the cultural context as the common participation of the author, translator and reader.
