工业锅炉如装了必要的检测装置,而且再配上自动控制手段,就可达到高效运行,节约相当的能源和费用。因此有必要及时研讨工业锅炉的自动控制装置。本文介绍的“工业锅炉自动控制成套装置设计”,主要用于6.5吨/时～20吨/时的工业链条炉,可以满足锅炉的安全和经济运行的要求。主要考虑具有下列功能: 1.热工监测:包括(1)风温、烟道内各点烟温(五点)。省煤器出水温度、给水温度;(2)炉膛出口负压、烟道内各点负压(共六点);(3)汽水位记录、蒸汽压力记录、给水压力;(4)烟气含氧量;(5)给煤量指示、积算,蒸汽流量指示、积算。
