问:我们审计局的不少计算机在使用过程中,经常会出现死机或者自动重新启动计算机的现象,造成辛辛苦苦的劳动成果付之东流。请问如何解决?答:目前,审计机关绝大多数计算机用户使用的操作系统是Win98。Win98的方便性、易用性给我们的工作带来了极大的方便,但是在Win98的使用过程中确实经常会出现死机或者自动重新启动计算机的现象。作为一种简单易用的个人操作系统,Win98不够稳定是不争的事实。不过,只要用户在使用中遵守一定的原则,避免一些不正确的操作,经常死机的现象是可以避免或者减少的。
