自Bromberg等1982年报告甲型肝炎合并脑膜脑炎首例以后,国内已有少数报道。我科于1989年1月～1994年7月收治甲型肝炎并发脑膜脑炎7例,现报告分析如下。
Since Bromberg reported the first case of hepatitis A combined meningoencephalitis in 1982, there are a few reports in China. Our department in January 1989 ~ July 1994 admitted to hepatitis A complicated meningitis in 7 cases, the report is analyzed as follows.
