图书馆人文环境构建是一项系统工程,需要端正办馆理念,加强科学管理,提升服务水平,融洽人际关系。但构建图书馆良好的人文环境离不开良好的物质环境,更离不开图书馆内部环境的美化。
The construction of human environment of the library is a systematic project, which requires the correct concept of office building, strengthening scientific management, improving service level and interpersonal relationships. However, building a good cultural environment of the library can not do without a good physical environment, and can not be separated from the beautification of the internal environment of the library.
