目的研究帕珠胶囊对晚期恶性肿瘤患者的治疗效果。方法选取我科住院的晚期恶性肿瘤患者41例,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组予以帕珠胶囊治疗,同时辅以对症支持治疗,对照组单纯给予对症支持治疗,以帕珠胶囊治疗2疗程结束时,统一评价疗效。结果在肿瘤客观疗效的对比上,观察组与对照组无差异(P>0.05);但在缓解疼痛、增加体重、改善卡氏评分方面优于对照组,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论帕珠胶囊能有效改善晚期肿瘤患者的生存质量,但对肿瘤治疗效果欠佳。 Objective To study the effect of Pazhu capsule on patients with advanced malignant tumors. Methods 41 cases of advanced malignant tumor hospitalized in our department were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group was treated with Peizhu capsules, supplemented by symptomatic supportive treatment, the control group was given symptomatic supportive treatment, with Pazhu capsule treatment at the end of 2 courses, the unified evaluation of the curative effect. Results There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05), but it was better than the control group in relieving pain, increasing body weight and improving Karnofsky scores (P < 0.05). Conclusion Peizhu capsule can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer, but poor treatment of tumors.
