国家种子检验规程与国际种子检验规程规定的高温烘干法测定玉米种子水分 ,烘干时间上存在着差异 ,对水分测定结果可能造成一定的影响。我们利用不同水分含量玉米种子样品进行了二者的对比实验研究 ,找出两种不同的方法对测定水分的差异 ,运用统计分析方法 ,计算出二者的相关系数 ,求得回归方程。据此回归方程可以已知一种规程测定出的种子水分 ,推算出另外一种规程测定出的该玉米种子水分 ,为玉米种子进行国际贸易提供了出具种子质量指标的依据
There is a difference in the determination of the moisture content and drying time of corn seed by the high-temperature drying method stipulated by the National Seed Inspection Regulation and the International Seed Inspection Regulation, which may have an impact on the determination of moisture content. We use different moisture content of corn seed samples were compared between the two experimental studies to find two different methods for the determination of water differences, the use of statistical methods to calculate the correlation coefficient between the two to obtain the regression equation. According to the regression equation, the moisture content of seeds determined by a procedure can be known, and the moisture content of the seeds determined by another procedure can be deduced, which can provide the basis for seed quality indicators for international trade of maize seeds
