产妇24岁,妊娠40周,孕1产0,阵发性腰腹坠痛并阴道见红入院。闭经40天时曾服乌鸡白凤丸6丸、活血化瘀中草药4付。23岁结婚,爱人体健,非近亲婚配,家族中无遗传病及生育畸形儿病史。孕中、晚期顺利,足月娩出一男性畸形儿,身长42cm,躯干32cm,双上肢缺如,残缺左上臂长4cm,右上臂长3cm,双下肢短小长10cm,双足外翻,第二足趾缺如,心肺、脊柱均无异常。海豹畸形又称短肢畸形。1959年反应停在治疗孕吐方面的应用,在世界各国曾引起5000余例胎儿发生畸形,主要是短肢畸形,自此把海豹畸形列为医源性畸性:反应停则是致海豹畸形的唯一化学药物,该病例在孕早期服用乌鸡白凤丸和
