一、高校科研项目档案工作现状调研(一)高校科研项目档案管理工作制度建设调研。38所高校中,33所高校制定有科研项目档案管理办法,占86.8%,未建立科研项目档案相关管理制度的5所,仅占13.2%。其中,27所高校表示已经将科研项目档案管理工作纳入了科研管理工作的整体规划纳入了科研管理工作中,具体表现形式有:制定科研档案管理办法、“科研管理工作各项制度都有归档要求的内容”、
