70年代初,国外许多学者对视动后眼震(optokinetic afternystagmus. OKAN)已进行研究。一致认为前庭系统对OKAN的产生起着重要作用。许多末梢前庭器的病变可影响OKAN。因此OKAN可望成为前庭功能检查的一种方法。我科在1991年间对30名正常人进行OKAN测试。
In the early 1970s, many foreign scholars have studied optokinetic afternystagmus. OKAN. It is agreed that the vestibular system plays an important role in the production of OKAN. Many distal vestibular lesions can affect OKAN. So OKAN is expected to become a method of vestibular function test. Our department conducted OKAN tests on 30 normal people in 1991.
