大豆短日照处理后,可以提前开花。来源于不同纬度地区的大豆在石家庄种植,对短日照反应不同,低纬度地区种反应敏感,高纬度地区种反应迟钝。对外界日照的这些反应必然引起其内部生理过程的变化。植物过氧化物酶同工酶以其广泛的存在和特殊的生物学意义,引起日益深入的研究。不少作者指出:过氧化物酶同工酶是较好的遗传信息表达标志,并认为过氧化物酶活力和同工酶的变化可能与一些高等植物的发育变化关系密切。本文拟以来源于不同纬度地区的大豆为材料,观察其经短日照处理后过氧化物酶同工酶谱及其活性的变化。
Soybean short-day treatment, you can advance flowering. Soybeans originating from different latitudes were planted in Shijiazhuang, with different responses to short-day sunshine. Species in low latitudes were sensitive to insects and insects in high latitudes were insensitive. These reactions to the external sunshine are bound to cause changes in their internal physiological processes. Plant peroxidase isoenzymes have aroused more and more in-depth research due to their widespread existence and special biological significance. Many authors point out that peroxidase isoenzyme is a good indicator of genetic information expression, and that peroxidase activity and isoenzyme changes may be closely related to the development and changes of some higher plants. In this paper, soybean from different latitudes was used as material to observe the changes of peroxidase isozymes and their activities after short-day treatment.
