在家教方面,徐淮山同志提出了“木桶理论”,可以说这是一个很有意义的提法。作者说:“一只沿口不齐的木桶,其盛水量的多少,取决于构成该木桶的最短的那块木板的长度。”在生活中,对我来说,还没有见到沿口不齐的木桶。作者只是期望青少年“要与自己为敌”,去战胜弱点、缺点及其不足,使孩子在素质上得到较全面的发展,十分形象而生动地提出了自己的看法。
