胡某与陈某系夫妻关系,育有一女。为了生育一儿子,躲避计划生育,妻子胡某和婆婆想到假离婚的方法,于2012年12月和丈夫办理了离婚登记。离婚后,二人仍然以夫妻名义在一起生活,并在家乡盖起了一栋三层房屋,于2013年生育一儿子。2015年6月,陈某在外务工期间意外死亡,获得一次性补偿金608449元。胡某以妻子名义要求继承陈某的遗产,但婆婆王某却不同意。于是胡某诉至法院,昔日的婆媳对簿公堂。
