判断碳酸钙的结垢倾向,一般采用Langlier饱和指数法和Ryznar稳定指数法。较详细地介绍了两种方法的计算推导公式,得出水中碳酸钙达到平衡时的pH值──饱和指数PHS的大小与水中钙离子含量、总碱度、水温和含盐量有关。Lauglier采用L.I判断水的结垢倾向,Ryznar采用R.I判断水的结垢倾向,并分别给出了使用范围。介绍了判断系统程序的编写,判断系统的结构、口令的设置、主菜单、数据录入模块、倾向判断模块、结论打印模块,并给出了流程框图和对几种水样的结垢倾向判断结果。
To determine the tendency of calcium carbonate scaling, the general use of Langlier saturation index method and Ryznar stability index method. The calculation formulas of the two methods are introduced in detail, and the pH value of the calcium carbonate in water reaches the equilibrium - the saturation index PHS is related to the calcium ion content, total alkalinity, water temperature and salt content in water. Lauglier uses L. I determine the water scaling tendency, Ryznar use R. I determine the tendency of water scaling, and were given the scope of use.
