《金融违法行为处罚办法》(以下简称《处罚办法》)经国务院批准于1999年2月22日发布实施。该法规是一部专门针对金融领域内的违法行为进行行政处罚和纪律处分的行政法律规章,它的颁布实施,是加强金融监管的重大举措,是保证我国商业银行依法合规稳健经营的根本保证,也是防范和化解金融风险的根本性措施。依法治行、从严治行,是农业银行一贯的治行方针。《处罚办法》为我们深入开展反腐败斗争,恢复和维护农行“三铁”信誉,依法促进农业银行持续稳健高效发展提供了法律依据。《处罚办法》发布后,农行云南省分行党委十分重视。从该办法见报到现在,已经发了5份文件,对学习贯彻《处罚办法》、进行自查自纠、搞好整改等工作进行了周密的安排部署,并组成3个工作组于5月中旬对分行营业部、曲靖分行、红河分行及其11个县(市)支行进行了重点抽查。从抽查和全省反映上来的情况看,还存在着一些问题。一是认识不足,重视不
