工学矛盾是个老问题了。如何解决,探讨者们历来多在成人教育内部规律中找答案。杨西文同志这篇文章跳出了这个圈子,提出了他认为的“根本”解决途径,即外部体制环境及政策的改变,即通过成人教育与环境的外部规律作用来解决。此观点如何,编者不置评论。但有一个问题,在造成工学矛盾及解决工学矛盾的全过程中,成人教育自身有何责任及如何发挥作用呢?是既无责任因而也无所作为还是有责任也有须改革之处,以及责任何在、如何改进以及与外部环境的关系如何,等等。这些问题,包括对杨西文同志文章的观点,都希望关心此问题的广大读者给予关注并进行探讨。
Work-study conflict is an old problem. How to solve, explorers have always been in the adult education to find the answer to the internal laws. Comrade Yang Xi-wen jumped out of this circle and put forward what he considered the “fundamental” solution to the change of the external institutional environment and policies, namely, through the external rules of adult education and the environment.
