肝硬变腹水患者并发自发性腹膜炎已成为相当常见而又严重的并发症。国外报告该病占肝硬变腹水患者的8％。国内报告可占3.1％、15.3％、20.6％、30％者。我院内科1978——1980三年中收住肝硬变患者379例,其中并发自发性腹膜炎者60例占同期住院肝硬变患者的15.8％,肝硬变腹水患者的39.2％,另将同期住院的30例肝硬变非炎性腹水患者腹水检查结果作一对比分析,借以
Patients with cirrhosis and ascites complicated with spontaneous peritonitis have become quite common and serious complications.
