Two new tetraamides bridged calix[4]arenes were synthesized by the condensation reaction of 1,3 bis chlorocarbonylmethyl p tert butylcalixarenewith 1,2 bis (2 , amino 2 , methylpropanamido)benzene or 1,2 bis (2 , amino 2 , methylpropanamido) 4,5 dichloro benzene, respectively. The new compounds were characterized by 1 H NMR, MS FAB, and elemental analysis; macrocyclic polyamine.
