采用改进的Troost法对97例正常人、116例原发性肝癌(PHC)、21例肝硬化、21例转移性肝癌、32例其它消化道恶性肿瘤、12例肝良性病变患者血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)活性进行了测定。结果PHC组血清AFU活性明显高于其它各疾病组,更高于正常人组(P<0.01)。对PHC诊断敏感性为75%,特异性为90.1%,在36例甲胎蛋白(AFP)阴性的PHC中,AFU阳性率为80.6%。AFU与AFP联合检测,可使PHC的诊断阳性率提高到93.9%。
Improved Troost method was used to detect serum α-L in 97 normal persons, 116 primary liver cancer (PHC), 21 liver cirrhosis, 21 metastatic liver cancer, 32 other gastrointestinal cancers, and 12 hepatic benign lesions. - Fucosidase (AFU) activity was measured. Results Serum AFU activity in PHC group was significantly higher than that in other disease groups and higher than normal group (P<0.01). The sensitivity of the diagnosis of PHC was 75%, and the specificity was 90.1%. In 36 cases of AFP-negative PHC, the positive rate of AFU was 80.6%. Combined detection of AFU and AFP can increase the diagnostic positive rate of PHC to 93.9%.
