大隈(OKUMA)OSP—U10/U100数控系统的内部连接可分为两大部分,即I/O(输入/输出)连接和SERVO(伺服)连接。图1是大隈(OKUMA)OSP—U10/U100数控系统的内部连接图。在I/O连接中,通讯网是在子站(I/O单元)和主站(FCP板)之间建立的,通讯的数据是由各种按钮、开关、按键等输入器件发出的,而数据的输出目标则是那些继电器、电磁阀和指示灯等执行器件。在伺服连接中通讯网是在子站(进给/主轴伺服单元)和主站(FCP板)之间建立的,进给/主轴的各种控制就是靠这种高速数据通讯实现的。
