目的探讨小儿婴儿型慢性粒细胞白血病(慢粒)与成人型慢粒骨髓象的异同点,以便提高对小儿慢粒诊断的认识。方法对我院自1969年以来诊治的13例小儿慢粒骨髓象进行分析。结果1.婴儿慢粒PLT明显低于成人慢粒。2.幼年型慢粒血片白细胞分类中性中、晚幼粒及嗜碱粒细胞比值明显低于成年型小儿慢粒,而淋巴、单核比值明显高于成人型小儿慢粒。3.幼年型慢粒骨髓象有核红细胞比值明显高于成年型小儿慢粒,而中性中、晚幼粒及粒红比值均明显低于成年型小儿慢粒。4.幼年型慢粒全片巨核细胞数明显低于成人慢粒。5.成人型小儿慢粒血片白细胞分类及骨髓象结果与成人慢粒比较除骨髓象原粒及早幼粒外其它均无显著性差异。结论小儿慢粒骨髓象有其自身的特点。
Objective To investigate the similarities and differences of infant chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and adult chronic myeloid leukemia in order to improve the understanding of CML diagnosis in children. Methods Thirteen children with chronic myeloid bone marrow diagnosed and treated in our hospital since 1969 were analyzed. Results 1. PLT of infant cicatris was significantly lower than that of adult cilia. 2. In juvenile CML neutrophils, the ratio of late promyelocytes and basophils was significantly lower than that of adult infants, whereas the ratios of lymphoid and mononuclear leukocytes were significantly higher than those of adult infants. 3. The ratio of juvenile chronic granulocytes with erythrocytes was significantly higher than that of adult juvenile children, while the ratios of young and juvenile neutrophils were significantly lower than those of adult children. 4. The juvenile-type slow-release mononuclear megakaryocytes were significantly lower than those of adult-born granulocytes. 5. There was no significant difference in the classification of white blood cells and the results of bone marrow in adult children with chronic granulocyte as compared with that of adult ones. Conclusion Children with chronic myeloid bone has its own characteristics.
