目的：根据痉挛性脑瘫治疗模式康复—手术—康复的特点，设计术后训练措施及方法。方法：通过对患儿术后临床资料的评估，制订训练计划，严格实施训练措施，对训练结果进行近期评价与远期评价。结果：通过护理程序的运用取得良好效果。 Objective: To design postoperative training measures and methods according to the characteristics of rehabilitation-surgery-rehabilitation of spastic cerebral palsy. Methods: Based on the assessment of clinical data of children, the training plan was formulated, the training measures were strictly implemented, and the training results were evaluated in the near future and in the long run. Results: Good results were achieved through the use of nursing procedures.
